1. The service

OCCTURA ("we", "us", "our") provides a desktop application that generates sports mouthguards and digital models from 3D scans. These terms govern your use of the OCCTURA software and your subscription.

2. Subscription and billing

Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis: 39 EUR/month or 390 EUR/year. Prices include applicable VAT, collected by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as merchant of record. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we never store your payment details.

3. Free trial

New customers may start a 30-day free trial of the monthly subscription. At the end of the trial, the subscription converts to a paid monthly plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. License and use

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OCCTURA on up to three devices, for your own professional use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software, or to use it in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Liability

OCCTURA is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for validating the output for your intended use.
