1. Free trial

New customers can use the 30-day free trial of the monthly subscription before the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Refunds

If you are charged and believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, a duplicate or erroneous charge), contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@occtura.com. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.
